1. DELHI NCR – TRY BEFORE YOU BUY (TBYB)
For customers in Delhi NCR, we offer a Try Before You Buy service to eliminate the hassle of returns and refunds.
How It Works:

You can try the clothing item at the time of delivery.

Our delivery executive will carry adjacent sizes (subject to availability).

Overall look

Important:

If you accept the product at the time of delivery, the order is considered final.

If you decline the product during trial, you may simply return it to the delivery executive immediately.
No Returns or Refunds:
Since you are given the opportunity to try the product before purchasing, UZUME does not provide returns or refunds for Delhi NCR Try Before You Buy orders.
This model is specifically designed to enhance customer experience and eliminate post-delivery return hassle.
2. PAN INDIA ORDERS (Outside Delhi NCR)
For orders outside Delhi NCR, the following exchange rules apply:
A. Damaged / Defective Product (Free Exchange)
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our side:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear unboxing video and images as proof

Once verified, we will provide free exchange

Reverse pickup will be arranged by us
B. Size Exchange (Paid Exchange)
If:

We ship the exact size that you ordered

But the size does not fit you
-
And you wish to exchange it for another size
Then:

Exchange is allowed (subject to stock availability)

Shipping charges must be borne by the customer
3. No Refund Policy
UZUME does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
We only offer exchanges as per the conditions mentioned above.
Please ensure:

4. Exchange Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for exchange:

Product must be unused

Tags must be intact

Item must be in original packaging

No signs of wear, wash, or damage from customer side
UZUME reserves the right to reject exchanges if the product does not meet these conditions.
