4. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY (DELHI NCR)

For customers located in Delhi NCR, UZUME offers a Try Before You Buy (TBYB) service.

Important Conditions:

  • Customers may try the product at the time of delivery.

  • Adjacent sizes may be provided depending on availability.

  • Customers may inspect quality, fabric, and fitting before confirming the purchase.

Once the customer accepts the product during delivery, the purchase is considered final.

Because the product is tried before purchase, UZUME does not offer returns or refunds for Try Before You Buy orders.


5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UZUME delivers products across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Location

  • Courier partner

  • Operational circumstances

UZUME is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disruptions, or external logistical issues.


6. EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received in damaged condition:

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof such as unboxing video or images may be required

Upon verification, UZUME will provide a free exchange.


Size Exchange

If the customer ordered a specific size and the correct size was shipped but the fitting is not suitable:

  • Exchange may be requested (subject to stock availability)

  • Shipping charges must be paid by the customer


7. NO REFUND POLICY

UZUME follows a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Preference changes

  • Delivery delays
